Annual Meeting of the Canadian Anthropology Society (CASCA) Santiago, Cuba

In May 2018, Kwusen researchers Towagh, Susannah, and Aurora were pleased to participate in a roundtable at the annual meeting of the Canadian Anthropology Society/la société canadienne d’anthropologie (CASCA) in Santiago, Cuba. The Kwusen team was joined by Clint Westman, Associate Professor at the University of Saskatchewan, to discuss Methodologies for Engaging with the Evolving Understandings of Indigenous Rights within Impact Assessment. This forum presented an opportunity for the Kwusen team to engage in a lively discussion regarding our collaborative and innovative research and reporting methodologies with the academics and applied anthropologists in attendance.
